The owner entered the field many years ago and soon after started building custom motorcycles for another shop. One day, this shop charged a customer over five hundred dollars to repair his motorcycle when it only needed the stator-plug to be cleaned and some sealant—a common operation that takes only a few minutes, minimal effort and little cost. He was disgusted that his fellow mechanics and shop leadership would do such a thing to a customer. After witnessing a few more similar occasions that he refused to take part in, he knew that something had to be done to re-introduce customer service and integrity back into the industry.
 In 2007 Mobile Motorcycle Service was born. We built this new business upon a sturdy foundation of honesty, promptness, and customer service. There are never any "smoke and mirrors" involved when you work with us; what you see is what you get. Your bike will never leave your sight.
